Welcome to MoveMe! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern:

• Use of MoveMe mobile application (the "App") operated by SimplayFun OU ("we", "us", or "our").
• Any other related Agreement or legal relationship with the Owner.

Capitalized words are defined in relevant sections. Please read carefully. The Owner offers Products through the App Store. While contractual relations are between Owner and Users, Apple may enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary.

By using the service, you promise that (i) you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and the data processing described, and (ii) you are over 14 years old. If not, you must delete your account, cancel any subscriptions, and delete the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. They apply to all users.

2. Use of the App

The App is designed to assist in creating, editing, and saving video content.

You agree to use the App only lawfully and not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Exploit or harm minors.
• Send unsolicited advertising without consent.
• Impersonate MoveMe, its employees, or others.
• Use the App in ways violating third-party rights.

3. Content on MoveMe

Unless otherwise specified, all content on MoveMe is owned or licensed by the Owner. The Owner strives to ensure content does not infringe laws or rights but may not always succeed.

Users are encouraged to report complaints using the contact details below.

3.1 Intellectual Property Rights

The Owner reserves all intellectual property rights for content. Users may not copy, share, modify, publish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works beyond personal non-commercial use with proper attribution.

4. Account Registration

Some features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and updated information.

Personal data collected:

• General info: email, password, location, time zone, language.
• We may infer your gender from usage patterns.

Our app uses Meta (Facebook) Ads; by using it, you agree to data processing as described by Meta. You may manage ad preferences or opt out via Facebook or your device.

5. How We Use Your Personal Data

We process your data based on:

• Your consent: Permission to provide Services.
• Contractual obligation: Manage your MoveMe account and related tasks.
• Legitimate interests: Bug fixes, genuine user detection, app performance, subscription info, security scans, usage trend reviews.
